Monthly Financial Summary by Provider report provides a month-by-month summary of beginning A/R, charges, payments, adjustments and ending A/R. It provides a count of total encounters for the month. It also shows average days in A/R, which is calculated by dividing the ending A/R by the average daily charges. The report prints a separate page for each selected provider.
The report graphs, totaling charges, adjustments, payments, total A/R, and visit counts. Each graph shows actual month-by-month totals, along with a trend line to demonstrate if the totals are increasing or decreasing on average. The report also contains a bar graph showing the month-by-month change in A/R.
The price stated includes an installation fee of $125 and the yearly maitenance fee of $195.
Annual maintenance fees are recurring and will be invoiced at each subsequent anniversary date of purchase.
